All of our beef jerky is made from 100% Black Angus top rounds. We feel top rounds give you the leanest, and most flavorful jerky.

Our jerkyfeatures just the right balance of flavors:

Original: smoky and beefy.
Hawaiian: has a sweeter Teriyaki-like flavor.

Both come plain or peppered.
